Thank you for all your efforts this year to get momentum on the Global Derivatives DRR programme.
In light of our review of the EMIR Refit report, which came out after our meeting and the SRSR research we have conducted this week, I’ve been following up with meeting participants, ISO and the trade associations on how best to evaluate the potential paths forward in Q1 21. I’ve summarised the options and my recommendation in the 1 page below which is included along with our analysis in the draft minutes which you can find here.
